Terms of use

Teacher Workspace Backups is a utility operated by Matthew Eddy for his own Teacher Workspace. It is not offered as a public backup service. These pages explain the utility; visiting them does not create an account, grant Drive access or enter a paid service agreement.

Operation and recovery

The owner controls the local installation, Google authorization, encryption key, scheduling and retention. A completed upload is treated as verified only after independent download and authenticated checks. Recovery readiness also requires a successful isolated restore. A scheduled backup depends on the local Mac, network, storage and authorization being available; its status and recovery evidence must be checked locally.

Access and data practices

Only the owner authorizes this utility to use the intended Google account. No student accounts or public sign-ups are provided. The privacy notice describes the information used, storage, retention and disconnection controls.
